Another way to project wisdom is through efficient, effective, and eloquent communication. Being able to successfully communicate a thought with the fewest amount of words and simplest language leaves more time to focus on other things and circumvents confusion and frustration. Equally important is successfully determining the best format under which to communicate your message and understanding your audience. To develop or enhance your communication skills, attend seminars or courses on improving communication. To accelerate your development, seek seminars tailored to your industry, field, or position, as well as courses tailored to executives. This will enable you to communicate effectively in your current and future responsibilities, and to your current team, clients, and vendors, as well as persons outside that immediate network. Practice speaking by participating in organizations such as Toastmasters.
